Kloudy is committed to providing transparent and reliable service to all clients. This refund and cancellation policy is presented in simple language so you can clearly understand in which situations a refund applies and in which it does not.
Support or Technical Issues: If Kloudy fails to resolve a support issue or any other technical problem, the client is eligible for a refund. However, refund requests made more than 7 days after service activation will not be accepted.
Shared / Turbo Hosting (Yearly Plan): Refund eligible within 14 days of purchase.
SMTP Hosting: Refund eligible within 30 days of purchase.
Domains: Domain registration fees are non refundable once the domain is registered. Domain transfer fees are also non refundable once initiated.
Digital Licenses: Any Digital License (for example, cPanel, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, or similar tools) once purchased is completely non refundable.
Servers: Any VPS or Dedicated Server once purchased is fully non refundable.
Policy Violations: If your service is Canceled, Suspended, or Terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
Credit Balance: Credit Balance deposited in your Kloudy account is never refundable. However, it may be used anytime to purchase any new service from Kloudy.
Official Channel: Cancellation requests submitted through channels other than the Client Area will not be accepted.
Reactivation: After submitting a cancellation request, the service or account cannot be reactivated. You must purchase a new package if you wish to use the service again.
Cancellation and Refund Process
To cancel a service, submit a Request Cancellation directly from the Client Area:
Immediate Cancellation: The package will be removed within 1 to 24 hours of the request.
End of Billing Period: The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period and then automatically cancel. Please note that a refund does not apply if this option is chosen.
Transaction Fees: For any processed refund, Gateway Charge, Sending Charge, or Cashout Charge will be deducted from the total amount.
Credit Constraints: Credit Balance is completely non refundable. Under no circumstances will Credit Balance be refunded to a personal account, even if requested via a support ticket.
